About: The Mission of College Essayist
A message from the Director of College Essayist,

It’s an honor to guide College Essayist and its portfolio of customized admissions resources for students of all backgrounds.
It’s a topic that’s personal; I benefitted immensely from a mentor 15 year ago. He provided me my first concrete admissions tactics, while reminding of me what I was capable of and helping me picture a bigger future for myself.
My mentor and few key instructors improved my writing, my mindset, guided me toward an understanding of what to prioritize. It made all the difference.
Similarly, it’s my goal that the College Essayist resources and services will guide deserving students to their admission goals while allowing them to flourish.
OUR PHILOSOPHY AND OUR MISSION
The college admissions process wasn't always this competitive and college wasn't always as expensive as it is now.
At College Essayist, we acknowledge these truths and the reality we live in; instead of decrying the state of education, we realize that now through the college application process, we can help thousands of students become stronger thinkers, more confident speakers and writers, and more self aware people-- skills that will help them succeed in the admissions process and in life.
